An 'onrust' is part of a clockwork that makes the timer tick. It is also the Dutch word for 'distress'. Lärmschutz members did 40 free improvisations, with only ten seconds between each recording to take a breath. The band increased their own feel of distress this way, to make each improvisation as intuitive, physical and unrational as can be, to stop themselves from thinking the music through.

Originally released on cassette tape, with one minute on each side. The cd-version contains tracks unavailable on cassette-tape.
