This album is a collaboration between Black Faun (Greece) and Lärmschutz larmschutz.nl (The Netherlands). Black Faun is a free improv noise duo (Alex M & Charis) that started early 2000 based on brutal sound collage interactions and the inevitable stream of unconsciousness. Lots of banzai playing and weird live performances have built up a musical mutant entity that still changes shapes persistently. Lärmschutz is a free-improvised brass and string noise-punk duo (Stef & Rutger). They teamed up one Monday evening in Utrecht, The Netherlands, and this recording is the result of that meeting.

Desde Utrecht, Holanda nos llega este documento generoso en desvaríos sonoros e improvisaciones post-industriales rayanos en toxicidad y hartazgo por lo que nunca fue. Utopías desechas, capitalismo tardío, insatisfacción y alienación a granel es el espíritu que informa la música de Μαύρο φράγμα (griego para Blackschutz). "El tipo de filosofía que uno elige depende del tipo de persona que uno es" (Fichte) Esto es muestra de que mientras exista vida inteligente en este planetita habrá Prometeos.

From Utrecht, Holland we get this document generous in sound ravings and post-industrial improvisations bordering on toxicity and satiety for what never was. Discarded Utopias, late capitalism, dissatisfaction and alienation in bulk is the spirit that informs the music of Μαύρο φράγμα (greek for Blackschutz). "The type of philosophy that one chooses depends on the type of person one is" (Fichte) This is a sign that as long as there is intelligent life in this little planet, there will be Prometheus.
